We need the AppStoreInfo.plist file produced by xcode to be able to upload the ipa from windows or linux.
Could this be provided so we can skip mac os entirely?
Here are the docs stating it is now possible to upload with Transport app from apple.

We have yet to implement this functionality. One thing of note here is that you have to be granted special privileges by Apple to use Transporter on Linux or Windows and we haven’t had an Expo user who has received those privileges yet. Have you been granted them?
