A user reported this error, but I have absolutely no idea about what it is, how to reproduce or what to do about it. Pressing the “reload” didn’t do anything, but killing the app and opening it again seemed to have solved it.
It’s problem, though, as it was her first opening of the app, leaving a terrible first impression and higher bounce rate for new users.
Any help would be much appreciated!
