Android warning to declare broad storage access

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 40.0.0
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

I got this warning on my store that by May 5th I have to declare broad storage access. I’m not sure what this means, is anyone familiar? I’m using SDK 40.0.0
