Is there any support provided by Expo to integrate with http://appanalytics.io/ or is there any other integration available which can be used for logging app analytics onto cloud?

We don’t support AppAnalytics within our SDK. You’d have to detach your project and run the native code configurations required to link their SDK with your project.
As for analytics platforms that we do support, we have Amplitude support (https://docs.expo.io/versions/v26.0.0/sdk/amplitude) and Segment support (https://docs.expo.io/versions/v26.0.0/sdk/segment)
