audio-av .m4c to pcm for aws transcribe svc

I have the version 37.0.3 with node v12.16.3

Trying to get aws amplify predictions speech to text service to work in a regular workflow. The src requires pcm encoded byte array with a sample rate of 16hz.

I’d rather not eject and try some other packages. Any ideas, spent way to long on this. Basically trying to get m4a to wav.
