BarCodeScanner not reading pdf-417

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 37
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android / iOS

Hi:
The BarCodeScanner is having problems reading a PDF-417 code from a ID used in my country that I need to read. The specifications for this bar code says it is a PDF417 with 30% correction.
The component never read the code at all.

Trying with other mobile apps as PDF417 , and web services as Online Barcode Scanner | Barcode Reader SDK | Dynamsoft I got the code decoded.

Can you please help me to understand why the BarCodeScanner component is unavailable to read these codes? is there any way to fix it?
