I can’t scan the qr code to open my app in the expo app because it says it requires camera permissions even tho the phone is running android 5.1
I am also facing the same issue
It’s probably happening because you might have rejected when expo asked for permissions to use your camera. You have to give permission to expo app like this:

I’ve go this too, reinstalled from Playstore, granted permissions. No joy. Not good.
