Bundles built by different Expo accounts

Hi Expo Team :slight_smile: Thanks for such a great developer experience. It was very easy to start developing mobile apps with your awesome ecosystem :slight_smile:

Our team has bundles deployed to app store and play market using different expo accounts. As a result bundle ids are:
@user1/project
@user2/project

When sending push notifications we encountered with an issue: The recipient is associated with a different experience than “@user2/project”.

Could it happen because of bundle ids don’t match? Does it event matter? And if so, are there other possible restrain by using different expo accounts?
