Can not connect Expo client to the project

Hello,
I am trying to connect expo-cli to Expo client (2.13.0) on iOS (10.3.4, iPhone 5).

I’ve tried everything :
A- by QR code nothing happen (with tunnel, l’an or local, on the same wi-fi connexion)

B- by email : sending mail failed

C- run iOS simulator: error opening simulator.

Does someone have an idea ?? Thank you.
