Could someone explain to me how to use the Gyroscope functions ?

Hi, Newbie with expo here.

I have some trouble to understand how to use this. I googled some and honeslty I didn’t understand…
The Documentation don’t show any example, so i’m lost even more…

Could someone explain to me how does it work ?
