EXPO aab file still 50+mb when the apk is 53mb

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 40
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): android

I just wondering why is my aab file is still 50+mb (my apk size is 53mb) when i read the documentation it should atleast cut half of it? is it normal? or i should upload to googleplay to see the actual cut size?

Hey @royanzain, yeah you will need to download it to your device from the Play Store to get a accurate read on what the end user will see. App Bundles will serve only what is necessary per device configuration.
