expo camera flashMode - torch

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 36.0.2
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): iOS

Unexpected behavior when flashMode is set to torch.

I expect the flash to be always on, not flicker when capturing. Not only the the flash flickers when capturing, it then shuts off the torch mode, and is acting is if the flash is on (not torch).
