Hello, when I connect my phone to charge it, Expo client crashes in android 7.0

Expo app for Android, V 2.13.0

I can also confirm the same bug on andro 7.0, after connecting or disconnecting charger from my andro 7.0 (samsung galaxy s2 tab) the Expo App crashes.
