[expo.io][Solved] Cannot create a new account

Hi!

I dunno why I can’t create a new account at https://expo.io/signup:

I really need to do that.

BTW, is there any way to change my password at https://expo.io/settings?

You can change your password with the Forgot Password flow. One reason you might be unable to make a new account is if that username has been taken. Have you tried a different name?

Great but it’s not obvious. Sorry, I know it seems naive but having a “Change password” page is a common practice.

I tried a different name without success. Then tried the forgot password flow and voila, success. Then I checked my settings and the Bio says “Building applications with @expo_io”. It seems autogenerated text and don’t remember that I wrote it. I think the sign up process has errors and the error messages must be more informative.

BTW, I sent an email to support team requesting some help.
