[Expo-Speech] Voices List on Android

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 40
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android

I can’t get the voices list on any android devices I have (5 different ones). Can you?

Hey @mobshed, there seems to be an issue where an empty array is being passed when the method is first called. If you change something in your snack, for instance one of the console log strings, can you let me know if the array of voices is properly returned then?

Same thing. Works fine in iOS tho.
