Expo xde doesnot loads on windows 10 and stucks on black white screen (SOLVED)

I installed Expo xde desktop from Github link on windows 10. I also created a new react-native project in it. the first time it started perfectly but when I restarted then it started loading and showed a blank screen. It shows menu bar with options and I also tried menubar> view > reload but it shows only white blank screen.
is this problem of hardware missing or any driver.
I am using Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series and windows 10.
