Facebook Ads Mobile Installation Tracking with Deep Linking

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 35
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): IOS/ Android

We want to configure pay per install facebook ads for our app. This requires facebook deep linking. There is not option for deep linking with the Javascript API since it is for web. Expo documentation doesnt have it either. It looks as though you can configure Deep Linking, but it doesnt appear that you can do deep linking with the expo app before the app is installed. Is this possible?
