Google Play tells me i ask for permissions i don't

#1

Hello,

I’m trying to get my application out on the Play Store. I followed the tutorial for standalone apps and got a .apk . I then downloaded it, and tried to publish it, but when trying to load my .apk in the Google Play Console, it tells me :

Translated for you not-french-speaking fellows, it tells me my apk is asking for permissions that require confidentiality rules, but since i’m not asking for those, i don’t have any confidentiality rules, nor any site to host them …
I don’t want to ask for permissions i don’t want, is that a known problem ? is it normal ?

You can set the Android permissions in your app.json file.

Try something like

"android": {
    ...
    "permissions": []
}

to remove ALL permissions, or you can set the ones that you want individually.
