How to get fixes for new SDK releases?

Is there an easy rubric we can use to know if a fix will be available immediately on managed apps or if we have to wait until next quarterly release?

I have like 5-6 100% user visible bugs and need to plan accordingly if I need to wait 3 months until next release.

Is it safe to assume that if it doesn’t involve recompiling the SDK bundle, that they will be available with a simple expo upgrade?

Is this explained anywhere in the documentation or do we simply have to ask about each bug on a case-by-case basis?
