How to include link in SMS texts?

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 37.0.0
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android/iOS

Hi All,

I am using expo-sms for a ‘share by sms’ feature in my app. In the message, I want to include a hyperlink to a text, for example, if the message is “Learn more here”, I want the ‘here’ to be a hyperlink to a URL we specify.

Is that possible to do?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think this is possible. The link would have to be attached to the end of the SMS.

Thank you, I think you are right. iOS will just automatically parse that link out as an attachment.
