How to load my DB file (that its with tables) and insert into them data ?

Hey,
is there a way to load exists DB file into my project.
this DB file is with tables and I need insert into it data with using EXPO -react native
I should save data inside those tables and this " OrderAppDB" will keep my data.
I need an example coz I am new with expo .
