Inaccessible data after forced update to 2.4.2

I have been using a friend’s expo app daily from the ios expo client. The app stored stored my data in persistent local storage (AsyncStorage). It’s been working great for a year. Now with the new 2.4.2 “limitations” update I can no longer open the app. How can I can get my data out of local storage?

Really sorry about this. I pinged our team internally regarding this and I’ll report back when we have determined the best course of action.
