iOS app crash on 13.3.1

Recently users on iOS 13.3.1 having the app crash. It gets passed the splash screen and to our login page then crashes. We have checked if any of them have Guided Access switched ON - which they do not. App is fine on Android and can be ran on Expo client in our dev environment with no issues. Also, it appears to only be on XR/XS models. Last build was 1/9/20 using turtle build: ios. Months after this was posted: iOS13 crashes instantly for some (EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGBUS)
