iOS Build error - Encoding::CompatibilityError

#1

I use Ubuntu 16.04, npm 5.10.0, exp 55.0.4

When running exp build:ios, I receive the following error. Tried to reinstall all components (npm, exp, node_modules), but problem persists. Please, advise on how to solve it.

Hi! Does your username or password contain unicode characters?

Username and pass contain regular English letters in lowercase.
The issue was solved by using CentOS instead of Ubuntu, so it seems that character don’t really matter
