What happens: after the splash screen: our standalone iOS app is immediately showing the expo white screen with blue text for “There was a problem running Alum”.
This is only happening to 1/20 of our beta users, but really difficult to debug. We can’t repro and we’ve tried all the obvious angles.
- The user has deleted and reinstalled multiple versions of the app.
- The user has tried switching from wifi to LTE.
- The user has tried the final published version of our app in the Appstore vs beta.
Is it possible that a corrupt version is cached on her network or anything somehow? (she has mostly tried on wifi at work, but also tried in a different state on LTE)
