In the past, for the most part, the IPV6 network isn’t of much importance, but there has been some instances where some action was required you can read about here: iOS standalone - rejected at review because of IPv6 - #4 by hoppercat
Have you looked into what they mentioned regarding your IAP loading indefinitely?
