Latency on expo development tunnel. Is it my end or yours?

Good morning,
I have been trying to utilise the expo tunnel over the last few days and been stuck on a screen about delayed downloads when it installs on my emulator (Android AVD). I DID make a huge change to my expo package where I restructured the file to be catalogued with both expo (client) docker (server) easier and it hasn’t worked since. I have tried several approaches including clearing the cache and I’m watching the tunnel connection and see it does things at 100kb intervals. I have not got a clue what has gone wrong. Is expo encountering difficulties? is this related to the fact that Im building a file that accesses a small database? could someone please help me or at least provide a support email or ticket?
