Local notification get lost after OS rebooting [Android - Detached]

Hi there,
Local notification get lost when rebooting on Android (haven’t tested on iOS yet).
It works “fine” when not rebooting (except this issue on Android: 1464)

Can we hope to see it implemented in the expo sdk and/or expokit someday or is it something we need to manage by ourself?

Should I raise an issue on github?
