Same thing happens to my when developing on the expo app. No notifications when app is not in foreground. And when I build and send to test flight I get no notifications (maybe because app is not in foreground at time of trigger?).
I’ve been struggling with local notifications for 3 months. Could you let us know if you’ve had any luck?
