Are you using SDK 25? Because the composer was not available before.

i used sdk 23. that causes it is not working???
sir can please help me! my expo sdk v23.0.0
MailComposer API is only available since SDK 25 - you cannot use it when your app is based on SDK 23. If you want to upgrade follow the instructions from Expo SDK v25.0.0 is now available | by Brent Vatne | Exposition
