My Packager won't Running

Everytime i run with command “exp start --offline” i always get this message “[exp] exp may have exited improperly. Proceeding, but you should check for orphaned processes.”. And my port 19001 seems running but after a while it will be closed.
tcp6 0 0 :::19000 :::* LISTEN 8048/node
tcp6 0 0 :::19001 :::* LISTEN 8081/node
Can u help me to solve this problem?

Can you try clearing the contents of your-project/.expo and see if that helps?

Thanks man, i already Solved by this thread Packager starts then stops silently.
