nestedScrollEnabled not working sometimes

nested scroll enabled doesn’t work “live” and its peculiar (inner scrollview of a scrollview does not scroll)

SDK 29

  • Does work when I load it from Expo in Genymotion Android 8.0

  • Does not work when I load it from Expo on live device Android 6.0

  • Does not work when I load it from local repo exp start in Genymotion Android 8.0
