Not able to connect with Expo Server

HI am using windows 10 and every time when i try to run my expo project its getting error like UncaughtError/TimeoutException/port is running at 80 etc but if I 2 to 3 days then only it will connect. I need to Release new features but am not able to run my App. I tried all the different possibilities like firewall off and allow the ports, network with public and private. I removed all the installed VPN and Antivirus also. pls tell how to fix this problem.
