I recently published an OTA update for a standalone app by running expo publish. There are some users who were able to see the updates (both iOS and Android), and some users that were not. The users that did not receive the updates tried restarting the app several times as well as deleting and reinstalling the app. Any thoughts on why there would be inconsistencies amongst different users in receiving the updates?
Were the users who were not receiving updates on both Android and iOS? Also, can you ensure they weren’t on a different release channel?
Yes these instances were for one Android user and on iOS user. There have been other iOS and Android users who were able to successfully receive the update. There has only been one release channel.
