Part of bunch notifications failed

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 40
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android/iOS
  3. Add the appropriate “Tag” based on what Expo library you have a question on.

Hi Expo team,

We face an issue about sending notifications, we need to send groups of notifications at a time frequently, it works perfectly previously, but from last week it failed and return error code 504 for some groups, even others sent in the same API call success, since the notification format are all the same for these groups, I wonder if there is any issue within notification server now?

Let me know if you need any more detail, please help us to solve this problem cause the notification system is quite important for our app, thank you.
