Wow. You are having all the errors at once. 
From one of your deleted messages I see that using a VPN did in fact help.
Some of these errors look like they are caused by attempts to upgrade your app.
It would be easier to investigate one thing at a time.
If you start a new project with expo init test does that one work?

everything started up and worked for me, even when I created a new project, but after deployment, I restart the projects and see
