Removing English as Supported Locale from App Store

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 41.0.0
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): iOS

This is the same issue as Remove English supported language from App Store

Is it possible to remove English as supported language when using the managed workflow? We’ve already removed all English translation files and updated the app.json to only list one locale.
