Hi,
I followed the steps on the doc to make a build of the app and also the steps of uploading the app to play store first time manually https://github.com/expo/fyi/blob/master/first-android-submission.md. The last step is shown as in the screenshot where rollout button is not active. Nothing mentioned in the steps that I have to set testers where the warning message is:
Warning
This release will not be available to any users because you haven’t specified any testers for it yet. Tip: configure your testing track to ensure that the release is available to your testers.
Please help me complet the upload for the first time manually process successfully.
