RUN ios app on Windows machine without having apple mobile,
I mean, do have simulator on windows machine so without scanning the QR code i can see my development in windows machine itself.

There’s no officially supported iOS simulator for a windows machine. There may be some third party options that work, but we don’t support any of them. With Snack, you can use appetize however.
