I just published my app after updating to v22 and I’m getting the infamous “AppRegistry is not a registered callable…”.
Is there a way to debug it with only an ios device?

make sure to read the breaking changes carefully in release notes!

That was the issue - well, the issue was actually in 3p components not up to date. But we fixed, thanks a lot!
