Standalone app on Testflight not getting new publishes

Built standalone app with Expo, uploaded to Testflight but it’s not getting new exp published versions.

Confirmed app slug and app name in app.json are correct.
Confirmed app published successfully using Expo client.

@philip_mvpfastlane did you get anywhere with this? I have the same problem.
