support Minimum SDK for Google play publishing

I plan to publish it on Google play. The app is static and has no interaction with outside. I understand that Google requires you to support sdk 29. However I would like to be able to address older versions of Android. I have read about compiling apps with a min skd setting below 29 to do this but I can’t see anything about this in expo docs.
Is this possible to to complie apps in expo to support older android/skd version? If so, can you point me to information on how to do this?
Alternatively I’ve read that I can eject app from expo.
Would doing this allow me to compile to support more versions?
If so, is there any information about doing this you can point me to?
