I am trying to set tagForChildDirectedTreatment to true for my AdMob interstitial to pass content rating checks by Google Play Store. Is there a way to do this?

This isn’t possible with a Managed project. If you eject and use Bare, it would expose the native code necessary for you to apply changes. https://docs.expo.io/bare/customizing/
