Trouble with exp.host deployment?

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

I’ve run it now 5 or 6 times with the same result. Seemed like this was sporadic earlier today, but now can’t get past it.

OK - it went through on the 9th try. May be a snark in the system somewhere.
