Turning On/Off Torch

Hello everyone,
I am trying to use the torch on smartphones, however I couldn’t get it to work without using the Camera. Currently I am opening the Camera and the turning on or off the torch but I do not show the Camera. I am assuming this would use too much battery. So what I am asking is if there is a library or another way to control the torch without using the expo-camera library?
