Upload new Expo app signed as old Expo app

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 38.0.8
  2. Platforms: Android IOs

I made an expo managed app, and uploaded to the AppStore and PlayStore, but now i have another different expo app that i want to upload as the same app on the stores, how can i achieve this?, On the old one i let expo handle the process.

I still have access to the account the old app was signed, do i have to set manual credentials rather than letting expo handle the process this time? Will it work on both platforms?
