Using APN certificate from an another account

Please provide the following:

  1. SDK Version: 35
  2. Platforms(Android/iOS/web/all): Android/iOS

In development process our team using one account, we create standalone iOS build and then we need to replace bundleId before publishing it to Apple Store. Basically can we upload a new APNs certificate if we’ve resigned our app?
