Is it possible to use native base with Expo, if yes how to do it?

It is possible. It should be as simple as following the instructions in their README: https://github.com/GeekyAnts/NativeBase#4-getting-started specifically the section regarding CRNA…but you won’t have to install the @expo/vector-icons since it’s included in an Expo project.
