When you say “by album name”, do you mean you want to get a list of items for a given album? Wouldn’t MediaLibrary.getAssetsAsync({ album: "album name" }) work?

According to the SDK 36 release notes:

CameraRoll and ART have both been removed from the react-native package, developers are encouraged to use expo-media-library and react-native-svg instead
