For enterprise apps it might be useful to have AppConfig functionality included in Expo. It’s functionality is already implemented here:

We don’t have any current plans to add this to the SDK. As well, we are going to be a bit more diligent about adding modules that rely on third parties to the SDK as we have less control over issues that can affect our users.
